Valentine's Weekend

I had a great weekend. On Friday Jim picked me up from the train with a dozen long-stem red roses and John handed me a Valentine (hand made by him, of course). Then Jim picked up sushi for dinner. After dinner Petey headed over to a team-mate's house to spend the night and leave for Green Bay Saturday morning. His team won all 3 games this weekend, although he didn't get to play in the 3rd game because he got checked hard into the boards and hurt his shoulder. The coach decided he needed to rest it during Sunday's game because it wasn't even a league game and the state tourney is this weekend. Anyway. I also drilled for the Guard this weekend and had a blast, lots of x-ray reading and mouths to inspect and a lot of studying. Okay, the studying part wasn't fun, but it was productive. Then the Gresla family (Janiene, Tim, Nick & Kristen) came over Saturday evening. It was great to see them and enjoy a few margaritas too!
